While some polls can be a bit deceiving, this one certainly reflects our view!
We here at SOA NEWS have a proposal for a new 'Super-Party' - the link is to the left on this page - it is called, " AMERICAN MOVEMENT' - AM-MO.
It is so obvious that the two major parties do not reflect what is best for the American people, all you have to do is look at what they do, e.g., bailout for the criminal bankers et al, Patriot Act, Illegal wars, less than thorough investigation - 911 - Oklahoma City Bombing et al - they pass bills that they don't even read !!!
Yes, the time has come for all Americans to come together and kick these guys out!!!

Bill in Indiana Legislature Concerning When Citizens Can Use Force Against Police Officers -
This is a bill designed to counter what the Indiana Supreme Court ruled upon previously.
Citizens are always told to never resist arrest and force from police officers, there is a law against it, BUT.. there are also rulings that in certain cases it is LEGAL and LAWFUL to use force against a police officer - such is the case with this bill.

This is a switch indeed!
Finally we hear of some sensible talk regarding this issue.
It is well  known to many in the media that anything done in public is within  the bounds of legal and lawful photographing etc.
Especially when they are 'public servants'!
But, when you allow those in government to run wild with claims of immunity from such things they force everything down your throat so that they can be excused from the eyes and lenses of public scrutiny.
