We all know that doing farm work can be very hard and exhausting, being out in the heat for hours doesn't sound like a 'good day' to most of us these days.
Sitting in the house, or somewhere, with  the air-conditioning on, a cool drink in our hand, and relaxing - this is how many of us think about summer - heck, our job gives us enough grief, and sometimes what happens when we get home.... whew!
We also hear alot about the 'need' for 'immigrant workers', mainly Mexican , who will toil in the sun for less money than most Americans - but is there more to this story?
