Presidential Candidate Congressman Ron Paul Getting a 'Fair Shake' in this Piece
It was decided to start putting some information about U.S. Rep. Ron Paul on our site because he has been getting lousy coverage by the 'mainstream media' .
He is very well known by millions who are aware what is happening to our country, especially those who read ALOT of news via the internet.
Mr. Paul has many 'SANE' ideas about what to do regarding our country and its problems, but those who are 'ignorant', bought out by some 'special interest' , or simply, not a 'caring', 'thoughtful', 'honest' person will call him 'fringe' etc. Oftentimes during the debates, you will notice the other candidates snickering while Mr. Paul is talking...a very disgusting sight indeed. Don't be fooled, Mr. Paul is a SERIOUS contender for YOUR VOTE!!

It is so obvious that the two major parties do not reflect what is best for the American people, all you have to do is look at what they do, e.g., bailout for the criminal bankers et al, Patriot Act, Illegal wars, less than thorough investigation - 911 - Oklahoma City Bombing et al - they pass bills that they don't even read !!!
Yes, the time has come for all Americans to come together and kick these guys out!!!

New Bill in Congress Regarding Internet Websites and 'Copyright Infringement' have Many Concerned about Government 'Overeach'
STOP ONLINE PIRACY ACT - is getting a good 'look over' and many are very concerned that it might be going too far in trying to stop 'online piracy' and 'copyright infringers'.
The problem in this case, is the same as in many others - namely, the government is 'overstepping' its bounds and curtailing the 'freedoms' of individuals and business' all in the name of 'protecting' 'someone' or 'something'.
It is also seen as very convenient excuse to regulate and exert undue and unlawful control over people, places and things - it seems that to aim is CONTROL.

Man Who Directed "The Petition Project" - Runs for Office - Faces Opposition from the Likes of Moveon.org - and Now His Children are Being Kicked Out of College
Another story of 'political payback'.
When Dr. Arthur Robinson ran for U.S. Congress in 2010 he AND his children found themselves fighting the entrenched powers.
He was a favorite of many Republican, Independents, Libertarians and Constitutional Party members - he directed 'The Petition Project' - where over 31,000 scientists signed a petition to say that they disagree with the 'consensual view' of man-made global warming. His views obviously do not sit well with the likes of George Soros who heavily funded moveon.org!

After the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the U.S. government encouraged and funded a proliferation of domestic counter-terrorism centers, commonly referred to as state and local homeland security fusion centers.
